What is the Blooming Tennis Cup?

The Blooming Tennis Cup initiative is mainly aimed at serving tennis by motivating girls who are already players and by creating an interest in girls who still do not do sports. The Blooming Tennis Cup is also intended to show the advantages of being an athlete since childhood, with all the benefits of sports in life, from childhood to adulthood.

Tennis is a competitive sport, but it is at the same time a tool for socializing, to make new friends, helping us to live a healthy life. It is essentially great training for adult life.

This is the first world-class initiative for local and international young female tennis players during which South American players may go up against other high-level competition athletes, allowing them to outdo themselves, promoting athlete development.

So why not host it in this city? Why not in the Buenos Aires Lawn Tennis Club? May the framework of the Women´s Tennis Week prove inspiring for women who do sports, who do not only compete but are also an inspiration for women of all ages.

We believe in equal opportunities in sports. Women who have played this wonderful sport since childhood deserve their first internationally renowned tournament in the City of Buenos Aires.

What is the Blooming Culture?

  • Learning from defeat.
  • Feeding from experience.
  • Growing in the face of frustration.
  • Shining without vanity.
  • Daring ourselves not to fear.
  • Being rich in friends.
  • Blooming through
    our efforts.
  • Gaining perseverance.

Which are our Goals?

Promoting sports in women since childhood.

Understanding that female tennis players may be friends in life and rivals on the court.

Promoting the values of sports, welfare, socializing, health, efforts, responsibility and respect.

Doing our best so that all women players may feel special and have fond memories of this junior tournament. We understand the effort put in by each of them and their families in order to travel around since such an early stage in life.
